Redline Designs Collective is a handcrafted furniture brand that blends natural materials with bold, timeless design. Each piece features a signature redline, a mark of craftsmanship and authenticity. As we expand, we’re looking for a passionate Marketing Intern to help grow our presence locally and online.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand exposure in Toronto.
Research and identify potential retail spaces and boutique stores that align with Redline Designs' aesthetic and values.
Enhance and manage Redline Designs' social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
Assist in creating marketing materials such as blog posts, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.
Collaborate on creative ideas for digital and physical marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.
Analyze social media and website performance metrics to optimize outreach and engagement.
Support event planning and participation in local design or furniture showcases.
Occasionally assist with in-person meetings and photo shoots of finished products.
Qualifications:
Passion for design, furniture, and craftsmanship.
Background in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (current students or recent graduates welcome).
Familiarity with social media management and digital marketing tools.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Self-motivated, creative, and eager to take initiative.
Experience with content creation (photography, videography, or graphic design) is a plus.
Based in Toronto or the surrounding area, with the ability to occasionally meet in person.

Redline Designs Collective is a handcrafted furniture brand that merges natural materials with bold, timeless design. Each piece is locally made and features a signature redline—a mark of craftsmanship and authenticity. As we grow, we’re looking to partner with experienced furniture makers who can bring our designs to life on a project-by-project basis.
How It Works:
When a new project comes in, we’ll reach out with the details, including design specs, materials, timeline, and budget.
If you're interested, you can accept the project and get to work.
If the project doesn’t fit your schedule or skill set, no worries—you can pass on it.
You’ll be paid per project, based on the complexity and scope of the work.
Projects can be completed from wherever you’re based.
What We’re Looking For:
Skilled furniture makers or cabinetmakers with experience in high-end furniture.
Ability to work with solid wood, natural materials, and fine joinery techniques.
Precision craftsmanship with attention to detail and finishing quality.
Access to your own workshop and tools.
Reliability and professionalism in meeting deadlines and specifications.
Experience working with stone, metal, or glass is a plus.
